Abstract. The article deals with the development of supply theory and its practical implementation in supply-side economics. The foundations and prospects of supply theory for the purposes of economic growth and the development of theory as a teaching are reflected. The experience and results of the application of the supply-side economics model are shown. The issue of the consequences of bifurcation processes with a difficult-to-predict variability of scenarios for further development is raised. The prerequisites for the formation of a new contour of the supply-side economics model are reflected. The dependence of the supply-side economics model on the variability of existing and constructed conditions is shown. Attention is focused on the technological component and the factor of production growth as the basis of the model of the national supply economy. The cyclical nature and sequence of variables in the contour of the supply economy model are shown, which formed the basis of the proposed version of the concept of supply economy. A set of conditions for the contour of the model of the national supply economy aimed at expanding production is presented. The characteristics of certain conditions of the supply-side economy model are given in the areas of improving the employment structure, increasing labor productivity and removing supply-side restrictions. The relationship between the tasks and indicators characterizing the achievement of the national goal “Sustainable and dynamic economy” and the conditions of the national supply economy model is determined. The targeted approach is highlighted and disclosed as the optimal option for the formation of a supply-side economics model. The conclusion is made about scaling the supply-side economics model in time and space in different constructs. The difficulties of implementing the national supply economy model and approaches to solving problems at the level of national goals and national projects are reflected.
