JUSTIFICATION OF THE STRUCTURE OF THE SYSTEM OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION OF STUDENTS

Abstract. The article presents an analysis of professional education as a system, by identifying mega-, macro- and microsystems in its structure as levels of existence of professional education. The purpose of the work is to substantiate mega-, macro- and microsystems as levels of functioning of professional education, which served as the basis for a theoretical search for logical relationships between the perception of professional education as a socio-historical phenomenon, as a controlled environment of an educational organization and a mechanism for the formation of a professionally oriented personality of bachelor students through development required specified qualities and other achievements as results of the educational process. The methods used to analyze and evaluate the research results presented in the works of specialists dealing with the problems of the educational process and professional education made it possible to confirm the feasibility of identifying mega-, macro- and microsystems as levels of functioning of professional education. The methodological basis of the study was the results of a theoretical analysis of pedagogical and educational systems; conceptual approaches to professional education of students; environmental approach to organizing the educational process; systematic approach to the educational process. The results of the article present descriptive characteristics of each subsystem as levels of professional education; theoretical data from studies that consider vocational education as a megastructure, not limited only to the vocational education system, are presented; the need to carry out professional education in the unity of state and personal interests is indicated to ensure an understanding of the social purpose of any profession. It has been established that an effective system of professional education at a university is a structure that affects all aspects of a social, professional and personal nature, which determines the complexity of creating a system and its functioning to achieve the goal. The article proposes a complex issue, the resolution of which will contribute not only to the creation of effective ways, but also to the development of technology for building a system of professional education and its launch.
