Abstract. The main goal of modern education is to satisfy the current and future needs of both the individual, society and the state, as well as the preparation of a versatile personality capable of social adaptation in society, work, self-education and self-improvement. A teacher who thinks freely, analyzes the results of his work and models the educational process is a guarantor of achieving his goals. This has become the reason that the need for a competitive, qualified, creative teacher who is able to educate an individual in a modern, rapidly changing world has now increased significantly. The changes that are taking place in the modern education system put forward the need to improve the qualifications and professionalism of the teacher, that is, his professional competence. The importance of the research problem is due to the need to study the current state of development of the regional system of scientific and methodological support for managerial and teaching staff of an educational organization. The purpose of the article is a comprehensive presentation of the research results and an analysis of the current state of the system of scientific and methodological support for young teachers. The study was conducted to analyze the current state of the system of scientific and methodological support for teachers in the Republic of Crimea. The article presents the results of an analysis of the current state of the system of scientific and methodological support for management personnel and teachers of educational organizations in Crimea. The data obtained showed the need for a phased and logically organized development of a regional system of scientific and methodological support for teachers. The results of the study are aimed at the long-term solution of the following tasks: scientific and methodological support for teachers in the context of the introduction of a digital educational environment at school, scientific and methodological support for teachers in developing an effective roadmap for lifelong education, development and implementation of methodological materials to help specialists.
