THE STUDY OF SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES IN RELATION TO FOREIGN CADETS TO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract. This study is aimed at studying and forming definitions of scientific approaches to the attitude of foreign students to the Russian Federation for their subsequent education and higher military education and the implementation of these measures in the formation of value relations of students studying in Russian higher educational institutions to our country is one of the leading tasks of educational work at the university. In military higher educational institutions (institutes), the education of a positive attitude towards the country among foreign cadets is given a special place based on the specifics of their activities, the formed character and personality of a foreign student (cadet), the peculiarities of the mentality of foreign cadets. The research is based on the analysis of academic articles, monographs and reports. In the course of the work, various approaches to the study of this problem were analyzed, including socio-cultural, psychological and educational aspects. The purpose of this article is to identify scientific approaches that ensure a positive attitude of foreign cadets towards the Russian Federation and their further maintenance of a positive attitude of foreign cadets towards the country. In order to understand what patterns need to be taken into account in educational activities with foreign cadets, it is necessary to reveal the essence of the concept of “attitude” and identify the peculiarities of the formation of relations to the Russian Federation in a military university among foreign students (cadets) based on their peculiarities of upbringing and enthusiasm for the educational process of their acquired skills before entering a higher military educational institution. The article gives a general description of the phenomenon, presents the main objects of the relationship, and characterizes the levels of its development. The scientific novelty lies in the emphasis on consciousness, selectivity and stability of relationships. The theoretical significance is determined by the expansion of knowledge about the content of relations in military universities. formation of relations with the Russian Federation in a military university among foreign students (cadets) based on their peculiarities of upbringing and enthusiasm for the educational process of their acquired skills before entering a higher military educational institution.
