PEDAGOGICAL POSSIBILITIES OF USING MULTIMEDIA TEACHING AIDS IN THE SYSTEM OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES OF THE INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract. The article deals with the actual problem of increasing the efficiency of professional training of employees for filling positions in the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation using the pedagogical capabilities of multimedia teaching aids. The author, on the basis of a personal-social-activity approach, carries out a study of the theory and practice of the question posed through the content analysis of scientific sources, the included observation of the work and analysis of the results of the activities of teachers and leaders of study groups and substantiates the use of multimedia teaching aids as one of the ways to improve the effectiveness of professional training of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation. In the process of analyzing the key issues of the problem posed, the author clarifies the essential characteristics and problems of using multimedia learning tools in the system of vocational training, and raises questions in one of the most relevant areas at the present time – the use of modern information technologies in the educational process and suggests options for its consistent solution. The article uses materials from studies conducted in a number of territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the period from 2013 to the present and in educational organizations from 2019 to the present. The most significant results of the study are published in scientific articles and textbooks, which are used in instructive and methodological classes with leaders of study groups.
