Abstract. It is determined that during the period of structural changes and transformations of the educational services market, one of the main problems not only within the Donetsk People’s Republic, but also on a global scale as a whole, is the problem of determining strategic priorities to ensure the interaction of the educational services market and the labor market. Taking into account the requirements of the state to ensure economic growth, many universities around the world are constantly looking for strategic partners among large companies. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research was the scientific provisions of fundamental and applied works of domestic and foreign authors on topical issues of the development of innovation marketing in the field of education and educational services in general, the conditions for the formation of a strategy for the development of innovation marketing of educational services in the context of structural changes. The methodological basis of the dissertation work was a set of principles, methods of scientific research, general scientific and special analytical methods that allowed to solve the tasks, systematically and comprehensively investigate the conditions for the formation of a strategy for the development of marketing of educational services innovations in the context of structural changes. The assessment of the current state of the educational services market in the Donetsk People’s Republic was carried out; general trends in the development of the educational services market of the Donetsk People’s Republic were formed and strategic priorities for the development of the educational services market in the conditions of integration into the educational space of the Russian Federation were determined.
