Abstract. The article presents theoretical substantiations of the applied pedagogical conditions in the implementation of the model of pedagogical support for the professional development of cadets of military universities, the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions was tested during experimental work during the dissertation research. During the experiment on the implementation of the model, the following pedagogical conditions were tested: creation of a developing educational system of the faculty (battalion) of a military university; the use of digital technologies and facilitation techniques in activating the professional and cognitive activity of cadets by mentoring officers (teachers); training of teachers (commanders) for pedagogical support of cadets. According to the author, the creation of a developing educational system is aimed at the professional formation, development, education and training of the personality of the subjects of the educational system (officers and cadets), which ensures the successful solution of the tasks of the pedagogical process of a military university; the use of digital technologies and facilitation techniques in the activation of professional and cognitive activity of cadets by mentoring officers (teachers) is aimed at the implementation of modern digital technologies and facilitation techniques (techniques) of education and training in the educational process, which contributes to the desire of cadets for self-development, develops the need for independent and purposeful mastery of knowledge, allows you to realize your personal potential; the training of teachers (commanders) for the pedagogical support of cadets is aimed at the introduction of pedagogical support, which will provide purposeful, planned management of the developing educational system and professional formation of the personality of a cadet of a military university. In conclusion, the author presents the facilitation techniques used in the pedagogical support of the professional development of cadets, which contribute to the activation of the professional and cognitive activity of cadets and the desire for self-improvement, self-development, disclosure of personal potential.
