INDICATORS OF PEDAGOGICAL READINESS OF GRADUATES OF UNIVERSITIES TROOPS OF THE NATIONAL GUARD OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract. This article is devoted to clarifying the components of the cognitive component of the structure of pedagogical readiness of graduates of higher educational institutions of the national guard of the Russian Federation for the training of subordinates. To achieve this goal, the author developed an open questionnaire that includes two questions: what general cultural knowledge and what knowledge in the field of military pedagogy a graduate of a military university should have as a direct teacher for his subordinates. The questionnaire was proposed to 34 senior officers of the departments of the Perm Military Institute of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation (VNG RF), who previously served in various districts of the National Guard troops, having extensive official experience working with subordinates, organizing and conducting classes with them. Characterizing the knowledge of both general cultural and in the field of military pedagogy, the respondents gave 74 answers. Thanks to the work done it was found that the officers-graduates of national guard troops of the Russian Federation, in addition to knowledge of the approved qualification requirements to military training, must possess and these General cultural knowledge: cultural, spiritual and moral foundations of people’s lives, their relationships, etiquette, culture of communication with subordinates; knowledge of cultures of the peoples of the Russian Federation and features of the faiths professed by subordinates by servicemen; knowledge of the history of Russia, military history, traditions of the national guard troops of the Russian Federation, foreign and domestic policy pursued by the state; deep knowledge of General military disciplines, basic knowledge of natural science disciplines. An officer-teacher for his subordinates in the field of military pedagogy must possess: knowledge of the forms and methods of conducting classes with subordinates, methods of pedagogical interaction with military personnel, different by national and age characteristics; rhetorical methods of interaction with the audience; guidelines for the organization of combat training in the VNG of the Russian Federation.
