Abstract. The main issue of the study is the study of the influence of weather and climatic conditions on the indicators of the construction process and the characteristics of the elements of the construction process in the context of reliability and safety of the basic elements of the construction process: construction machines, workers, estimated cost of construction, reliability of construction deadlines. As an integral indicator of weather and climatic conditions, the indicator of “weather hardness” was chosen. The method of simulation modeling was chosen as a mathematical computing apparatus. The aim of the study is to identify the regression-correlation dependencies between the indices of rigidity and weather related indicators of elements of the construction process: the Fund of working time of workers ratio of technical readiness of construction equipment, the increase in the estimated cost of construction, increasing labor costs for repair of construction equipment, identification of additional costs for VI-dam works etc. Results: Regression equations are obtained for all the stated dependencies, the results are presented in graphical form. The obtained system of regression dependencies shows the relationship between the indicators of weather severity and the indicators associated with injuries of workers, reliability characteristics of construction machines, economic indicators. The simulation model is constructed on the basis of regression equations. Conclusions: the proposed simulation model of the influence of climatic conditions on the characteristics of the construction process allows to optimize management decisions, reduce construction risks, reduce the estimated cost of construction.
Keywords: simulation, climatic conditions, safety, reliability, weather severity, injuries, accidents, construction works, readiness coefficient of construction equipment, estimated norms of additional costs, calendar schedule of construction works.
