TO THE QUESTION ABOUT THE PECULIARITIES OF THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS OF THE SOCIAL UNIVERSITY

Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of professional training of students of a modern university, identifying features of the formation of students’ readiness for professional activities. The process of professional development and subsequent development is laid on the student’s bench. It is here that the factors that contribute to the emergence of satisfaction with the profession, professional motivation, the dynamics of the effectiveness of educational activities, professional orientation and professional competence are formed. The result of the professional training of students from the first to the graduating course of a social university is related to the quality of the academic, research, social and educational activities of the teacher. The essence of the peculiarities of the preparation process is that in the process of teaching students in a social university it is necessary not only to disclose to students the importance and prospects of future professional activity, but also to contribute to immersing students in a situation of solving professional problems, co-creation and professional development, improving professional and general cultural competencies. It is also necessary to develop qualities that promote a conscious attitude towards oneself, a chosen professional direction, develop psychological culture, teamwork, psychological readiness for work in the social sphere in any conditions, the ability to creatively tackle professional tasks, seek solutions and achieve certain results.
