TO THE PROBLEM OF PRESERVING THE CONTINUITIES IN THE EDUCATION OF THE CADET AS A FUTURE OFFICER

Annotation. The article indicates the relevance of the profession of an officer, the formation of his professional qualities. The author focuses on maintaining the continuity of the cadet-cadet in the education of the future officer. The experience of the Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University (NPGU) on the education of a highly patriotic personality by means of social projects in the conditions of cadet corps is presented. In the course of the educational process in the cadet corps, the future cadet lays down professional qualities, the further development of which takes place already in military organizations. In the process of interrelation of two psychological and pedagogical mechanisms – identification and interiorization, the cadet begins to accept new meanings and values, and at the same time builds his own model of behavior, gradually identifying himself with the profession of an officer. There is an active process of forming the worldview of the future officer of Russia, the approval of civil-patriotic consciousness.
