THE CAPACITY OF INSTITUTIONS OF FURTHER EDUCATION OF YOUTH: MANAGERIAL ASPECT

Abstract. The article deals with the problem of students involvement in the management of supplementary education institution (hereinafter UDO). The author stands on the position of the need to enhance the effectiveness of the methods of interaction between students and the management, utilization of the capacities of institutions of further education as a testing ground for the development of skills of the adult behavior. The purpose of the article is justification for pedagogical conditions further education institutions to engage students in the management activity. Methodological basis amounted to humanistic pedagogy paradigm, based on a combination of free child development from teaching management and organization “joint and several” micro-environments, as well as theoretical formulation on governance educational organizations. In the work of the research methods such as analysis of documents, secondary data analysis, expert interviews leaders of institutions of further education.
