PROFESSIONAL-LINGUISTIC TRAINING IN ESTABLISHMENTS OF ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION OF CIVIL AVIATION

Abstract. Languages built today in social-value the priority of each state, therefore, an important component of professional education of specialists of civil aviation is the matter of linguistic preparation. ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) as one of the many UN agencies, have implemented mandatory requirements for civil aviation personnel – pilots and controllers – the required level of English language proficiency according to ICAO Scale governing the six skills required for this category of specialists. In addition to the normal requirements for flight crews imposed an obligation of language proficiency standard phraseology ICAO on the fourth working level, which is his professional linguistic training.
