Abstract. The article deals with the actual problems of the competitiveness of the enterprise, which is constructed through various tools characteristic of logistics approaches. The authors focus on logistics factors and reserves, which contribute to improving the competitiveness of the enterprise. They consider logistics as a tool for improving the competitiveness of a company, a consignor of the competitiveness of modern business in Russia, a scientific concept of logistics from the management position. Considering logistics from the point of view of management, the authors note that in modern logistics approaches, generally accepted norms are applied, which are fixed in the seven rules of logistics. The article considers as an obligatory element of logistics – the system of formation of competitiveness (SFK), formed on the basis of a logistics approach, such a system is recommended to increase the level of competitiveness of the company through logistics techniques and methods. The article also actively discusses and recommends the introduction of a systematic approach to the company’s strategic management system, which will include logistics. The authors reasonably position the interrelation of such categories as” outsourcing”,” outsourcing relations”,” competitiveness”; they present the features of outsourcing relations in the segment of cargo transportation organization in the supply chain. According to the authors, the transition to autosourcing logistics relationships allows the company to concentrate on the main production areas, reduce the cost of transportation costs and processes related to logistics areas. It is concluded that the system of outsourcing relations will not only determine the key directions of the company’s policy to increase competitiveness in the market, but also form an effective model for managing material flows at the enterprise.
