Abstract. The article deals with the problems of enterprise competitiveness management. The authors share the position that the organization of management and planning of the economic activity of an enterprise, based on the analysis of competitiveness, makes it possible to increase its adaptability, competitive advantages and results of economic activity and, as a consequence, to increase its stability, flexibility and survivability, both internally and externally. foreign markets. The article presents methods for assessing the competitiveness of an enterprise, and also considers the advantages and disadvantages of certain methods and their distinctive features. Analyzed the economic indicators of the enterprise LLC “Neftekhimpromtorg”, carried out an analysis of the competitiveness of the enterprise on the basis of “4P-analysis”, SWOT-analysis, and also carried out an analysis of the company’s competitors, analysis of the company’s personnel, analysis of product delivery and analysis of the company’s pricing policy; identified the main factors affecting the competitiveness of the enterpris. The authors have developed a methodology for assessing consumer opinion as a factor in the competitiveness of an enterprise. This technique was tested on 4 customers. 3 enterprises from the nuclear industry: ZAO NPF TsKBA (St. Petersburg), ZAO TsKTIA (Moscow), OOO John Crane-Iskra (Perm) and 1 enterprise from the oil refining industry: OAO Angarsk Petrochemical Company (Angarsk). This technique was sent by mail, since customer enterprises are located far from the city of Omsk. The authors note that the proposed measures will help the enterprise to increase the level of competitiveness. It is noted that, in general, the assessment of consumers showed that the company is competitive, has some drawbacks associated with: the level of prices, terms and types of delivery. The authors believe that, given the fierce competition at present, the management of enterprise competitiveness is becoming an increasingly important factor for management.
