In an empirical study, which involved 57 employers and 196 working specialists of information security services of an enterprise, survey methods, expert assessment, as well as statistical methods were used, which allowed the author of the article to reveal the problems of correlation between the needs of employers and the quality of training of future information security specialists, caused by the existing system of their professional education.
