FORMATION OF PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE OF STUDENTS – FUTURE TEACHERS OF ELEMENTARY CLASSES IN THE CONDITIONS OF TRANSITION TO NEW FSES HE

Abstract. The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the formation of the pedagogical competence of students – future primary school teachers in the context of the transition to generation 3 ++ standards, the implementation of which is updated by global transformations in all spheres of life, which, in turn, led to the need to strengthen the system-wide conditions for the provision of basic professional educational programs for bachelor’s and magistracy. The article places particular emphasis on expanding the capabilities of the electronic information and educational environment as a necessary content component of the educational process in the context of organizing distance learning during self-isolation, or for other reasons. The transition to the new Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education introduced significant changes to the structure of formed competencies, which are distributed within the framework of universal, general professional and professional competencies. The main advantage of the new generation of educational standards is that they have a higher practice-oriented orientation than educational standards of earlier periods. Their practice-oriented orientation is due to the connection of the formed professional competencies with labor functions presented in one or several professional standards. So, for example, for the implementation of the main educational program for the preparation of bachelors in the direction 44.03.01 Pedagogical education, profile “Primary education” from the proposed professional standards, the author considers the professional standard “Teacher (pedagogical activity in the field of preschool, primary general, basic general, secondary general education ) (educator, teacher) “. The introduction of innovative processes into the higher education system, of course, makes high demands on the teaching staff, on whose competence the pedagogical skills and professionalism of future teachers, especially primary school teachers, who lay the foundation for the process of formation and formation of the student’s personality, his social adaptation and integration into public life.
