Abstract. Nosogeography is a section of medical geography that examines the validity of the spread of any diseases in various geographic zones and conditions. One of the most convenient forms of information transfer are medical – geographical and nosogeographic maps. HIV infection is an urgent problem of modern healthcare. The use of nosogeographic mapping allows the most informative display of the initial data on the spread of diseases in the study area, as well as the data obtained as a result of analysis. One of the components of the medical state information system should be a medical geographic information system (GIS), since the preparation of an electronic medical record of a patient, the creation of information systems in the field of computer diagnostics of diseases, systems of electronic document circulation and analysis of medical statistics is in full swing in the modern world. The map is aimed at the formation and extraction of spatial and territorial statistical information reflecting the dynamics of the incidence of HIV infection in the population of municipalities of the Republic of Bashkortostan in 2016 – 2018. Development of new ways and methods of cartographic representation and analysis of nosogeographic information using GIS-technologies allows creating cartographic works of a new quality – nosogeographic geoinformation-cartographic models.
