Abstract. Factors of teacher’s effectiveness, as well as studies on their identification and analysis, are widely represented in the pedagogical literature. At the same time, in the situation of choosing an organizational policy aimed at improving the quality of education, management bodies often encounter difficulties associated with the need to choose from a number of factors a certain number of them. On the basis of what is it reasonable to make this choice and how to guarantee its effectiveness? This article is devoted to the answer to these questions. The subject of the study was the success factors of teaching activity, and the purpose of the study was to identify a certain group of specific factors of the effectiveness of teacher work, as well as to determine their necessary and sufficient number for a specific educational organization and potentially managed by means of organizational interaction. The effectiveness of a teacher’s professional activity was determined on the basis of the achievements of his students, which have priority in the formalized system of assessing labor productivity. Accordingly, when determining the methods for assessing this indicator, we took as a basis the indicators of educational effectiveness that are in effect in the municipal education system and related to assessing the effectiveness of the school teaching staff. A generalization and statistical analysis of the results obtained for the entire sample population showed a correlation between the effectiveness of teacher work and a significant number of conditions checked.
