PROFESSIONALIZING OF SOCIAL EDUCATION

Abstract. Article is devoted to the analysis of concept professionalizing of the higher social education and factors it defining. Authors mark out specifics of professional activity “social work”, external and internal factors of its development. It is especially allocated that development of professionalism of the expert of the sphere of social work is connected first of all with development of its personal data and properties, with development of socially oriented professional subjectivity. The content of this concept assumes, on the one hand, purposeful professional activity with the objects of social protection having the different level of resource potentials (low, average, high) on restoration of the skills lost, partially lost or not acquired during socialization and abilities of execution of social functions and roles in modern society, on the other hand – updating of special knowledge, skills  for the purpose of carrying out a-level assessment of resource potentials and selection of adequate resource technologies, formations of necessary conditions for the purpose of their implementation. According to authors, socially oriented professional subjectivity can be created only in the course of a combination of theoretical and practical preparation when  the bachelor of social work who is practically able to act is formed and adequately to estimate results of the activity.
