MAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR INFORMATION SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF TEACHERS-PSYCHOLOGISTS

Annotation. The article deals with the issues related to the requirements for information support of professional training of teachers-psychologists. The author notes that in the existing content of professional education of teachers-psychologists there is a tendency of its lagging behind the goals set by society. In this regard, there is a need to find new ways to train teachers-psychologists, which emphasizes the majority of researchers in the field of higher education. The traditional goal of any education is to simply communicate information from a particular field of science or type of human activity, where a specialist with such training may already be not relevant to the new information tasks of production activities. After the reproductive development of professionally directed information and some practice in the chosen specialty, a graduate of a higher educational institution, becoming a young specialist, gets the right to intellectual activity. In the new status, it can to some extent influence the development of society. Therefore, the construction of a model of a specialist in the new conditions should be based on a thorough analysis of the requirements for the level of training that are “set” by the society and that reflect the internal structure of professional activity. The author stands on the position that the trends of modern professional education are determined by the socio-cultural and economic prerequisites for the training of a modern teacher-psychologist (integration, humanization, differentiation and individualization, democratization, fundamental, variability of the education system, etc.), which implies the need to search for conditions for the full implementation of the possibilities of information support of professional training at the University.
