SPECIAL MISSION OF THE TEACHER AND PREPARATION OF ITS PERFORMANCE

Annotation. The article analyzes the materials of the publication about the personality of the teacher, his appointment, the need to form a personality for professional purposes, professional skills and pedagogical culture. On the example of pupils A.S. Makarenko, Kalabalin reveals an understanding of the place and role of the teacher (educator), the requirements for their personality, as well as a special mission in the formation of the younger generation. The appointment of a teacher in the education of young people is revealed, so that they can come to life with just, healthy, able to work, be seasoned, highly cultured, moral and devoted to the Motherland. The characteristics of the main factors that significantly affect the success of the teacher’s self-realization for professional use are singled out and given, including: a personal example; the preparedness of the teacher, his ability to respond, to the numerous questions that arise in educators in the subject area; the ability to entice and lead the pupils; Be a teacher and educator in any situation; be able to interact with the social environment and, above all, with the parents of the child in the interests of his education and upbringing. It is important to understand the educator of each of his pupils, and to stimulate his upbringing, relying on his knowledge and experience.
