THE PROGRAM OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION BASED ON PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL STATUS OF ADOLESCENTS

Abstract. In the modern educational space, the issue of preserving the health of students remains urgent. Reducing the physical activity of adolescents, as well as the problems of dosing physical activity, are at the centre of attention of educators, the scientific community and parents. The subject of the study was the state of psycho-physiological status of adolescents as a criterion for successful implementation to learning. The goal of the research is to develop an effective program for physical education, taking into account the psycho-physiological status of adolescents. “Biomysh-research” (“Neurolab”, Moscow). The data of psychomotor indices of healthy adolescents aged 11-12 years are obtained in the dynamics of the implementation of the program on physical culture. The structure of the proposed program for physical education allows taking into account the individual typological characteristics of schoolchildren. Methodological approach to the development of programs for physical education on the basis of psychophysiological status can be used in the health-saving environment of an educational institution.
