The summary. In clause the new opportunities of involving of parliamentary parties in process of realization of political and economic tasks soluble through system political outsoursing and political state order or state task are considered. The new circuit political outsoursing, it when the state is offered, within the framework of the political state order, charges to political parties performance of the certain tasks in public and political sphere. The parties in turn prepare a portofolio of the offers, which can be realized through the state order. It is offered to apply to increase of a level of stability of political system for the first time new parameter – corporate political responsibility directed on stabilization of political system and steady socio economic development, on conscious involving of национально-guided business in strengthening political system through procedure political outsoursing. Offered political innovation raise the political and social importance of political parties.
