EDUCATIONAL-METHODICAL PROVISION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN THE UNIVERSITY

Annotation. The issues of building a competence educational model of higher education are considered in accordance with the new requirements of professional and educational standards. The development includes new models of graduates; new models of their preparation on the basis of federal state educational standards for higher professional education (GEF VPO), the characteristic feature of which are the requirements for providing a competence-oriented approach, fundamental and universal education. The author believes that the formation of new models of graduates, assessment of their competencies, is possible only if a new educational environment of the university is created, designed to stimulate the development of faculty in the direction of mastering new methods and educational technologies, organizational forms and evaluation tools. The new competence model for the training of a specialist in the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education differs from the traditional model in the objective function of education, which is formulated as a willingness of a specialist to successfully conduct professional activity on the basis of acquired knowledge, skills and personal qualities. In accordance with the new model of training, the composition of the organizational and educational documents that form the main educational programs of the university is changing.
